Georgia Prudential Realty Becomes Part of Berkshire Hathaway

A ribbon-cutting was held Dec. 17 to open the East Cobb office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties, formerly Georgia Prudential Realty.
District 3 Cobb Commissioner JoAnn Birrell was among the dignataries at the event for Berkshire Hathaway, which occupies the same Georgia Prudential Realty space at 3775 Roswell Road, Suite 200.
Based in Irvine, Calif., Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices offers residential and luxury real estate sales, new home sales and marketing, corporate relocation, property management, mortgage lending and other related services in more than a dozen states.
The new affiliate has more than 1,100 agents in 22 offices in the metro Atlanta area.
