ECBA Tuesday Networking at Red Sky

Networking, seminars and other small business and career items in and near East Cobb.

The East Cobb Business Association's monthly "After Hours" event is Tuesday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Red Sky Tapas & Bar, 1255 Johnson Ferry Road. 

The event is for informal networking with a cash bar. Registration is not required. 

Each Friday the ECBA also holds an open networking breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. at Capozzi's New York Deli, 4283 Roswell Road. Registration is not required, but participants must buy breakfast.

Pigskin Preview at East Cobb Chamber

The head coaches of East Cobb high school football teams are the featured speakers at the Aug. 10 meeting of the Cobb Chamber of Commerce's East Cobb Area Council, from 7:45 a.m. to 9 a.m. at Indian Hills Country Club, 4001 Clubland Drive.

Tickets are $25 for Cobb Chamber members and $35 for the general public. Online registration and refunds end on Monday, Aug. 8 at 12 p.m. 

Roswell Marketing Workshop on Saturday

The Open Door Business Workshop is holding a day-long meeting in Roswell Saturday geared toward small business owners and marketing solutions. 

The Business Tuneup Workshop runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and focuses on online presence and presentation, search engine optimization strategies, optimizing local business listings and other marketing-related business skills. 

The workshop will be held at the Goreham Chiropractic Building, 593 Atlanta Street, Roswell. The cost is $89 per person, or $140 for two persons.
