East Cobb Firm Makes Inc. 5000 List

Valuation Management Group has attained over 6,000 percent growth in the last three years.

An East Cobb-based appraisal management company has cracked the top 30 of the Inc. 5000, a list of the fastest growing companies in America.

According to Inc., (VMG) has achieved growth of 6,267 percent in the last three years, with 59 jobs added in the same time period. From 2008 to 2011, the business' revenue jumped from just under $540,000 to $34.3 million.

The firm's headquarters are located in the Governor's Ridge office complex on Powers Ferry Road. 

In last years' Inc. 5000 rankings, VMG was ranked 22nd in the nation, with revenues of $25.4 million.

The business handles all stages of the appraisal process, from picking the appraisers to performing appraisal reviews. They service institutions such as community banks, mortgage bankers, credit unions, and wholesale lenders.
