Chiropractic Made Simple

I've asked many people at screenings or events I'm at if they have ever been under Chiropractic care. Some have responded that they have never because they don't believe in Chiropractic.

It's an astonishing answer, really, because Chiropractic works regardless of whether you believe in it or not. It's not faith based, you don't need to believe in it...just as you don't need to believe that the sun always rises in the east and sets in the west. 

It just does. It's law. It always works. But many people have the misconception that Chiropractic is a treatment for symptoms or disease. Let me dispel that myth right now.

Chiropractic does not cure anything. It does not heal you at all.

Chiropractic recognizes that you are more than your body. There is an energy within you and in all living things called your life energy. If you think your just a clump of matter and everything is just chemical reactions, think again.  

There is no difference materially speaking between the matter that exists in your body and the matter in a corpse. But there is an energy inside of you that animates you into a living, loving, thinking human being.

At any given moment you are constantly changing.  You are either getting a little stronger or a little weaker. The strength or health of your body is determined by how fully you are expressing your life energy in your body.

In order to be at full strength, you need three essentials:

1. A deliberate and positive focus
2. A healthy lifestyle
3. A clear neurological connection between your brain and body

A normally aligned and properly functioning spine ensures you have a clear connection between your brain and body.

And that's it. Once you understand this, it makes so much sense why everyone needs to be checked for subluxation (the disconnect between your brain and body).
