Health & Wellness Series - East Cobb Senior Center

The East Cobb Senior Center is hosting a Health & Wellness Series.  The healthy series hopes to discuss a variety of topics in an informative and interesting format.  On Tuesday Dec 7 the topic will be Digestive and Gastrointestinal Issues.  The series continues Tuesday Dec 14 with a  seminar on Medication Management. The final seminar on January 11 will provide insight on keeping your balance and preventing falls.   The goal of the series to to improve the quality of life and promote healthy living.  The Health & Wellness Series is free but requires registration.

There are many factors involved in medication management.  It is important to know what questions to ask regarding side effects and interactions.  Proper medication management can impact how the medication works for you, as well as the progress of your treatment.  Join us to learn what you can do to better manage your medications.
