Acting Workshop at Mountain View Library

Saturday's session for middle and high school students will be followed by another opportunity to learn later this month at the East Cobb Library.

In partnership with TheatreSouth Atlanta, the Cobb Public Library System staff will give teens the opportunity to develop acting skills as part of the Triple D Production series.

Herman LeVern Jones, an award-winning producer, artistic director and actor, who has worked with celebrities such as Sidney Poitier, Samuel L. Jackson, James Earl Jones, Oprah Winfrey and August Wilson, will teach the classes.

Students will learn basic acting methods, techniques and fundamentals.
