Wild Turkey Strolls East Cobb Neighborhood

Does this bird know how close it is to Thanksgiving?

East Cobb Patch reader Bob Giles spotted -- and not for the first time -- a wild turkey roaming around his neighbor's front lawn in the Country Place subdivision (near Robinson and Old Canton roads).

He's not sure if it's the same wild turkey he's seen more than once in a two-week span, but the bird hasn't lingered around for too long.

After all, it's really, really close to Thanksgiving.
