Holiday-themed events include the Bethlehem Walk and the tree lighting at East Cobb Park.

32nd Annual Apple Annie Arts and Crafts Show -- The Catholic Church of St. Ann's Women's Guild is putting on this event, which features the work of dozens of artisanss and crafters. There will be an Heirloom quilt raffle, as well as soups and more from the kitchen. Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. $3 admission. 4905 Roswell Road | For more details

Candy Cane Lane at St. Andrew UMC -- Youngsters are invited to join the congregation for an early taste of Christmas at Candy Cane Lane on Friday from 6–8:30 p.m. A silent auction of holiday items and pictures with Santa Claus also are featured. 3455 Canton Road | For more details

St. Nick's Cafe at The Art Place -- Crink Holly's parents are elves and with so much to do to get the world ready for Christmas there is not much time left over for family festivities at the Holly household. See how Crink helps his family find the true meaning of Christmas. Bethlehem Walk at Mountain View UMC -- The 20th annual event recreates and celebrates the birth of Christ. Saturday and Sunday, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.; also next Friday, Dec. 7 and Saturday, Dec, 8. Free to the public, but donations are requested. 2300 Jamerson Road | For more details

Christmas Packages at Johnson Ferry Baptist Church -- A festival of food, fun and timeless traditions for the whole family. Live reindeer in the parking lot, Nutcracker Dance along, Nativity scene and face painting. Sunday 4 p.m. 955 Johnson Ferry Road | For more details

Holiday Lights at East Cobb Park -- Santa Claus and Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer will be on hand as the tree lighting festivites take place Sunday at 5 p.m. Walking and carpooling are suggested due to limited parking; the Fullers Park lot also will be available. 3322 Roswell Road | For more details
