Cobb Creating Community Award Nomination Deadline is Jan. 31

Citizens who do good works in their communities will be recognized by the Cobb Board of Commissioners and the Cobb Community Relations Council.

From Cobb County Government:

The deadline to nominate an individual or organization that has made possible the inclusion of Cobb's diverse communities is now next Friday, Jan. 31. 

Nominees from previous years may be re-nominated. The nomination form can be downloaded by clicking here, or visiting ccrc.cobbcountyga.gov. Nominations should be emailed to ccrc393@gmail.com.

Presented by the Cobb Board of Commissioners and the Cobb Community Relations Council, the purpose of the awards is to recognize good works in the county and also provide a model and inspiration for the rest of the community. An independent committee will choose one recipient from each commission district.
