Children Learn, Grow Through Musik

Turns out all that banging on pots and pans you did as a child may have helped you out.

Jan Boner, a board certified music therapist, encourages just that sort of behavior in her Musik to Grow classes. Offered at both The Art Place and Greater Atlanta Speech and Language Clinic in East Cobb, Boner uses music as a means of child development.

“Early childhood is the best time to introduce music,” said Musik to Grow owner and director Jan Boner. “The more music enrichments they have, it sets such a good foundation for music making for the rest of their lives.”
