Jim Chapman Communities Announces Limited Opportunities

For those wanting to live in an active adult community built by Jim Chapman Communities, opportunities are now limited. The Atlanta-based home builder announces that it only has less than 20 homes available at Brookhaven of East Cobb, Brookhaven at Lanier Ridge and Brookhaven at Sugarloaf.

“As staples of our brand, it is sad to see these communities close out,” said Kelly Dempsey, vice president of sales and marketing for Jim Chapman Communities. “However, it’s exciting at the same time. We have already had a great sales pace this year, and spring sales are projected to keep this momentum going.”

Located in sought after Kennesaw, Brookhaven of East Cobb has three homes left. Priced from the $290,000s, the community provides a variety of amenities that active adult home buyers are looking for. These include a beautiful heated pool, outdoor fireplace and a National Association of Home Builders award-winning clubhouse with exercise room and catering kitchen. The community is also minutes from Town Center Mall, Shaw Park, Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park, Marietta Country Club and Wellstar Kennesaw Medical Center.

Priced from the $290,000s to $320,000s, Brookhaven at Lanier Ridge in Cumming is a Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association award-winning active adult community. With just 14 maintenance-free ranch condominium homes available, all were designed to simplify the lives of its homeowners. Walking distance to nearby shops and convenient to Lake Lanier and Northside/Forsyth Hospital, additional amenities include a heated pool, outdoor fireplace and clubhouse with exercise room and catering kitchen.

Known as Gwinnett County’s No. 1 active adult community, Brookhaven at Sugarloaf is set to close out this month with just two more homes for sale. Priced from the $280,000s, homes have easy access to the community’s amenities. These include a pool, outdoor fireplace and clubhouse. Area attractions include Sugarloaf Mills, Harry’s Farmers Market, Mall of Georgia, Chattahoochee River National Recreation Center, Sugarloaf Country Club and Gwinnett Medical Center.
