Edward Andrews Homes Wins OBIEs for East Cobb Homes

About Sales, Inc., a real estate sales and marketing firm specializing in sales management, staffing and marketing services, congratulates Edward Andrews Homes on winning three awards in best building design and best interior merchandising at the 33rd OBIE Awards event on Saturday, Nov. 2. Presented by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, these are the most prestigious awards of the Atlanta building industry.

Edward Andrews Homes received a Gold OBIE in the Best Building Design – Detached Model – 3,500 to 4,500 Square Feet category for its Rutledge model at Mabry Manor in East Cobb. The Rutledge model sits on a narrow home site but does not skimp on special features. The home is spacious and includes built-in bookshelves, a butler's pantry, a Jack-and-Jill bathroom and more.

The builder was also honored with a Gold OBIE in the Best Interior Merchandising – Detached Model - $550,000 to $749,999 category for the Rutledge. The merchandising of this home was done with today’s family in mind. The home boasts durable fabrics and bright colors in the children’s spaces and sophisticated patterns and substantial furniture pieces in the adult areas. All encourages family interaction and facilitates entertaining with help of the home’s open floor plan.
