Dr. Steven B. Wertheim of the Windy Hill office of Resurgens Orthopaedics (2550 Windy Hill Road, Suite 317) — Georgia’s largest orthopaedic practice — was named to the 2013 list of Top Docs in the July issue of Atlanta magazine.
Seven additional Resurgens Orthopaedics physicians joined Dr. Wertheim in the prestigious listing: Drs. Erroll J. Bailey, Pallavi R. Cherukupally, Edward H. Holliger IV, Kenneth J. Kress, Robert A. Kelly, Douglas W. Lundy, and Yvonne E. Satterwhite.

Dr. Wertheim practices at the Resurgens Windy Hill and St. Joseph's locations. His areas of expertise include sports medicine, and arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the knee and shoulder. A graduate of Case Western Reserve University, Dr. Wertheim completed his residency at University Hospitals of Cleveland. Following his residency, he completed a fellowship specializing in Sports Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Wertheim is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and has a Subspecialty Certificate in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine. This is Dr. Wertheims’s first Atlanta magazine Top Doc honor.
