More About Hightower Trail Middle School
A 2003 Georgia School of Excellence also has an active Parent Teacher Student Association that was recognized in 2002 by the Georgia PTA.
In 2009, Hightower Trail was one of seven schools in Georgia to be named a National Blue Ribbon School by the U.S. Department of Education.
The school's "Tracks to Excellence" program recognizes students for school involvement, community and home service and self-improvement.
