What qualifies as cosplay? A full complete costume does.
Example: A naruto headband does not count as cosplay. The full orange outfit with whiskers drawn on the face counts.
Example: Sailor Moon in street clothes does not count. Sailor Moon in her sailor scout outfit does.
If you are worried as to weather or not your cosplay will qualify, please email battlebrew1@gmail.com with a photograph of the character you are cosplaying, a photo of yourself in costume, and any questions and we will let you know if your costume qualifies.
