Vacancies at Woodlawn Point

The PetSupermarket has left, and Sweet Spirit is on the move. What shops would you like to see come to this Johnson Ferry Road retail center?

One specialty retail store has recently left East Cobb's Woodlawn Point Shopping Center, and another will be vacating the premises soon.

The Pet SuperMarket has closed its location at Woodlawn Point, located on Johnson Ferry Road at Woodlawn Drive.

The store totaled 7,700 square feet of space, the second-largest store at Woodlawn Point, which contains nearly 98,000 square feet and is anchored by a Publix supermarket

In June, the Sweet Spirit Christian bookstore located next to the SuperMarket will leave another 4,710 square feet in unoccupied space.

Sweet Spirit will be setting up shop just across from Johnson Ferry Road at the Woodlawn Square Shopping Center

Woodlawn Point remains a healthy retail center, with the Cafe de Paris, Flowers of Marietta and D'Lites, among other businesses.

But two smaller retail spaces also are available, covering 1,300 square feet and 1,400 square feet.

What shops, stores and businesses would you like to see come to Woodlawn Point? Please tell us in the comments.

I would love to have place like Cracker Barrell (on a smaller scale of course) in our neighborhood.

If one more Mexican restaurant or yogurt store opens, I'm leaving East Cobb!
