Guests attending Thursday's Luck of the Walk event at Merchant's Walk Shopping Center will enjoy top 40s cover songs performed by live band Tomorrow People.

But that's hardly all that will take place as the East Cobb retailer gets a head start on St. Patrick's Day festivities. 

The event, which lasts from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., will also include a children’s activity area featuring a coloring station, balloon art and face painting and extended shopping hours and special savings offered Merchant's Walk retailers and
restaurants.

Members of the Walton High School Key Club have also volunteered to come out and help keep children safe and entertained in the activity area. 

Luck of the Walk is free and is open to the public.
