RE/MAX Greater Atlanta was recently named one of Atlanta’s Top 25 Real Estate Companies.

The annual list is compiled by the Atlanta Business Chronicle and was formally published in a March issue focusing on residential real estate in Atlanta. 

RE/MAX Greater Atlanta has approximately $90.5 million in gross residential sales in 2011. The office included 42 agents in 2011 (that number is increasing in 2012) and, with the 666 closings reported by the office, each agent averaged nearly 16 closings per person. That figure is far above what the average Realtor sells in a year. 

“The fact that we’re included on a list with companies having far more agents, as well as multiple office locations, says a lot about the hard work and dedication of our agents. Ten of the 25 companies on the list have 600 or more agents,” explained Ben Christopher, co-broker/owner of RE/MAX Greater Atlanta in East Cobb. “We are not out to be the biggest Atlanta real estate company, just the one offering the best and most professional service.” 

RE/MAX Greater Atlanta is based in East Cobb at 2050 Roswell Road. The office now has approximately 50 sales associates and, with the increased activity in the Atlanta real estate market over the last few months, RE/MAX Greater Atlanta is interviewing experienced agents to expand its sales team.
