Located in the 30075 zip code, Princeton Cove is approximately 30 miles to the city center of Atlanta, 11 miles to Alpharetta, and 6.5 miles to the heart of historic Roswell, according to Google Maps.

This quaint, lakeside community consists of 79 homes and features a neighborhood pool and tennis courts. The award-winning East Cobb schools that service the neighborhood are Garrison Hill Elementary, Mabry Middle and Lassiter High School. There are numerous private school options nearby, as well.

Homes in Princeton Cove were built between 1998 and 2004, and typically sell from the mid-to-high $400s to close to $1 million on the lake. Neighborhood turnover is very low at less than one percent per year.
