Birrell to Speak to East Cobb Civic Association

District 3 Cobb Commissioner JoAnn Birrell is the guest speaker at Wednesday's monthly meeting of the East Cobb Civic Association.
The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at the East Cobb Government Service Center, 4400 Lower Roswell Road. The group's business meeting will take place after her remarks.
Birrell, a Republican, was elected to serve the Northeast Cobb district in 2010. Last week, she kicked off her re-election campaign.
