The Holy Smoke BBQ Festival sponsored by the Johnson Ferry Baptist Church was canceled on Monday due to the storms moving in. However, volunteers and event staff still honored the day's festivities and provided top-of-the-line BBQ to those who prepaid for their meals. The rain did not stop them from setting up the steamers the night before to prepare some of the pork and beef brisket's that required 8 to 12 hours of preparation.
